This is a graduation photograph sent to me by a friend, but i wonder were the graduation ceremony actually took place and in which university or college.
When i first saw the photograph, my mind was flooded with lots of thinking. Is that a graduation pix from a kidnapping school? or Is it a vigilanty trainning college graduation pix? I wonder
